Shipping Information-Our current ship time is 3-5 business days and we ship all orders US Priority Mail giving you delivery within 2-3 days after shipping! We make every attempt to keep all items in stock for immediate shipping, however, there may be occassions where a certain product is on backorder. Because of the 3-4 week curing time for our Handcrafted Soaps, it is possible that we may run out while waiting for our next batch to cure. You will be notified immediately if we are not able to ship your complete order right away and you will be given an expected ship date for any remaining items. Please keep in mind that this is an expected ship date and we will do our best to meet or exceed this ship date.
Kansas City Metro Area: Local customers may save on shipping by making arrangements to pick up their orders. Simply select "pick up order" at check out. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready and we'll decide on a pickup point.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. You can pay with your American Express, but you'll need to choose Paypal as your payment method and then process your Am Exp payment through PayPal. Paying with PayPal is easy. You can process a credit card payemtn through paypal without creating a PayPal account. Return Policy-Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us immediately to report any issues you have concerning your order.
